Orient Express (F1) Eggplant

Orient Express eggplants are a hybrid Asian variety that are low-maintenance, compact, and perfect for container gardening. They have a high-yield, producing many fruits that people like due to their light flavor and thin skin. Because they’re so narrow, these eggplants are fast-cooking and taste great grilled, roasted, fried, and in any cooked vegetable dish or casserole. These eggplants take around 58 days to maturity. Plants will be ready for pickup in early May.
